De oplossing werd zorgvuldig afgestemd op basis van gedetailleerde ontwerpspecificaties om optimale prestaties en esthetische integratie te garanderen.<\/p><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Belangrijkste specificaties en aanpassingsdetails:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Structureel kader:<\/strong>\u00a0Gebruikt tussenpalen (154*186*20) en eindpalen (93*154*20). Alle hoofdpalen werden geproduceerd volgens de productietekeningen van CAD, met een standaard hart-op-hart afstand van 3,0 meter. Het systeem is ontworpen zonder diagonale versteviging voor een strak installatieprofiel.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Barri\u00e8repanelen:<\/strong>\u00a0Ge\u00efntegreerde panelen van 10 cm breed, met gelijkmatig verdeelde hoeveelheden tussen wanddiktes van 2,0 mm en 2,5 mm volgens de handgetekende lijst. Een belangrijke vereiste was het volledig afdichten van alle paneeluiteinden om de dikte te verbergen en een uniform visueel uiterlijk te garanderen.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Ingebedde componenten:<\/strong>\u00a0Alle ingebedde onderdelen werden geproduceerd volgens de productie-CAD-tekeningen. Dit omvatte standaard positioneringsplaten van 5 mm dik, aangevuld met 20 stuks positioneringsplaten van 20 mm dik, speciaal vervaardigd om inspectieprotocollen te vergemakkelijken en te doorstaan.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Configuraties:<\/strong>\u00a0De barri\u00e8rehoogte en de specifieke hoeveelheden voor elk profiel werden nauwkeurig bepaald door kruisverwijzingen tussen de aangeleverde PDF-indelingen en de met de hand getekende lijst.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
