Die L\u00f6sung wurde anhand detaillierter Konstruktionsvorgaben sorgf\u00e4ltig angepasst, um optimale Leistung und \u00e4sthetische Integration zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Wichtigste Spezifikationen &amp; Anpassungsdetails:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Struktureller Rahmen:<\/strong>\u00a0Es wurden Zwischenpfosten (154 x 186 x 20 mm) und Endpfosten (93 x 154 x 20 mm) verwendet. Alle Hauptpfosten wurden gem\u00e4\u00df den CAD-Zeichnungen der Fertigung mit einem Standard-Achsabstand von 3,0 Metern hergestellt. Das System wurde ohne Diagonalverstrebungen konstruiert, um ein sauberes Installationsprofil zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Barrierepaneele:<\/strong>\u00a0Die verwendeten Paneele waren 10 cm breit und in Wandst\u00e4rken von 2,0 mm und 2,5 mm gem\u00e4\u00df der handgezeichneten Liste gleichm\u00e4\u00dfig verteilt. Entscheidend war die vollst\u00e4ndige Abdichtung aller Paneelenden, um die Wandst\u00e4rke zu kaschieren und ein einheitliches Erscheinungsbild zu gew\u00e4hrleisten.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Eingebettete Komponenten:<\/strong>\u00a0Alle Einbauteile wurden gem\u00e4\u00df den CAD-Zeichnungen gefertigt. Dazu geh\u00f6rten standardm\u00e4\u00dfige 5 mm dicke Positionierplatten, erg\u00e4nzt durch 20 speziell gefertigte 20 mm dicke Positionierplatten, die die Pr\u00fcfprotokolle erleichtern und deren Anforderungen erf\u00fcllen.<\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"><strong>Konfigurationen:<\/strong>\u00a0Die Barrierenh\u00f6he und die spezifischen Mengen f\u00fcr jedes Profil wurden durch Abgleich der bereitgestellten PDF-Layouts mit der handgezeichneten Liste genau bestimmt.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
