This project involved the deployment of a large-scale, custom-engineered flood barrier system stretching 807.2 meters along the Fuqing River. The solution was meticulously tailored based on detailed design specifications to ensure optimal performance and aesthetic integration.

Key Specifications & Customization Details:

• Structural Framework: Utilized intermediate posts (154*186*20) and end posts (93*154*20). All main posts were manufactured according to production CAD drawings, with a standard center spacing of 3.0 meters. The system was designed without diagonal bracing for a clean installation profile.

• Barrier Panels: Incorporated 10 cm wide panels, with quantities split evenly between 2.0 mm and 2.5 mm wall thicknesses as per the hand-drawn list. A critical requirement was the complete sealing of all panel ends to conceal the thickness, ensuring a uniform visual appearance.

• Embedded Components: All embedded parts were produced per the production CAD drawings. This included standard 5 mm thick positioning plates, supplemented by 20 units of 20 mm thick positioning plates specifically fabricated to facilitate and withstand inspection protocols.

• Configurations: The barrier height and specific quantities for each profile were precisely determined by cross-referencing the provided PDF layouts and the hand-drawn list.
